One-on-One Personal Branding Coaching
Most individuals are of the belief that their function or position solely defines who they are and lose sight of the bigger essence of themselves and the value that they bring to their co-workers, family, and all stakeholders who they connect with. As a result persons tend to operate below their full potential and struggle with confidence and the ability to engage meaningfully.
When persons discover the many attributes that they can offer, and by extension the value that they can contribute to the organization, there is greater engagement and productivity.
The Purpose, Vision and Mission Coaching Program, is an interactive working session, which covers:
1. Interconnectivity of Purpose, Vision and Mission
2. Developing a Healthy Mindset
3. Identification of Required Skill Sets (Technical and Non-technical) and Gap Analysis
4. Sustainability of Purpose, Vision and Mission
Individuals are given a weekly working plans to implement over four (4) weeks, which will help them gain clarity throughout the process and solidify the essence of who they are.

Interview intensive Session
Regardless of the number of years of experience or qualifications, the interview experience tends to be a nerve-recking event, which many individuals wish they can by-pass and miraculously obtain their dream job. Unfortunately, it is not as simple, as the process tends to be interrogative, resulting in the interviewee feeling overwhelmed, inadequate and vulnerable as they are place “under the employer’s microscope”.
However, if the candidate’s focus can shift to the experience being one where they can confidently showcase their competence and worth, and meticulously screen the organization to determine whether it is worth their time and expertise, the tension eases and they can navigate through the process with much confidence and poise.
As such, the Interview Intensive Session, involves the following aspects:
1.Resume Reconstruct - Candidates’ resumes are professionally branded and aligned with the core roles and responsibilities of the position
2.Analysis of Questions - A sleuth of questions, based on the position and culture of the organization is prepared and candidates are coached in addressing each
3.First Impression Assessment - These factors will be highlighted and candidates coached in how to incorporate them in the interview
4.Elimination of Obstacles to Success - Candidates are coached in how to address past infractions, incidents, terminations or poor performance with integrity and extract the value gained, which positions them to bring value to the organization.
The format of the Interview Intensive involves two (2) ninety (90) minute recorded Zoom Sessions. As such, the coaching points can be reviewed and practiced, as the candidates prepare for their interviews.

Resume Reconstruction
The Resume is one of the first Marketing Tools that an individual has to communicate his/her experience, competence and qualifications. It is a document that should differentiate an individual from the masses. However, with the exposure of the internet and artificial intelligence (AI), many persons are lured into crafting generic resumes that fail to capture the true value that they bring and the impact that it can have on the organization.
The output and value gained versus a compilation of tasks performed, is what will effectively pique a recruiter’s interest and intrigue them to desire to learn more of what a candidate can offer.
We take pride in ensuring that the resume captures, not just the competence, skills and experience of the individual, but the value the organization can acquire to achieve the overall vision of the company.
The Resume Reconstruct is an interactive session, conducted via Zoom where the job description is dissected and the candidate is guided through their years of experience, mapping their past accomplishments against the requirements of the job.

The Personal Branding Workshop is an all day session, where attendees are given various exercises to solidify the information gained, assess areas that they need to develop and guidelines to assist in the sustainability of their personal brands.
